1. Import ChatGPT weekly CSV

This page accepts the CMBTrades Weekly Accounting CSV. Re-importing the same rows is safe: Record ID prevents duplicates.

2. Pending platform funds

Sales increase pending funds when earned. Payouts reduce pending funds when they actually hit the bank. Payouts are money movement only and never become new income.

Need to correct a platform balance? Use the verification form immediately below. It records a verified balance without adding sales or expenses.

Shared Cash Box activity

Cash Box adjustments and new weekly cash transactions are recorded here from Supabase. This is a cash movement audit, not additional sales or expenses. Older CSV history is preserved separately.

3. This week's activity

After import, the page automatically switches to the newest Week Ending found in the CSV. If you choose another week above, only that week is shown here; the imported rows are still saved.

4. Month-end handoff

Download only the accounting rows. Upload this file to the existing Monthly Financials page. Payouts and balance snapshots stay out because they are cash-tracking records, not new income/expenses. The official month-end statements remain authoritative for reconciliation.

CSV format

For voice updates, ChatGPT can generate this automatically. Required columns are below. Pending Change is the net amount owed by the platform: positive when funds become owed to you, negative when a payout reduces that balance. Bank/Cash Change is informational cash tracking only.
